Looking for glassy & syrupy nail colours? The ROM&ND Mood Pebble Nail polishes are formulated to coat your nails in a sheer wash of glossy colour, reminiscent of pebbles. The colours can also be built up with additional layers of polish for a more opaque look.

Apply a thin layer of colour over clean, bare nails, or a base coat. Add more layers of polish as necessary to reach the desired opacity. Finish off with a top coat for best results. Let nails dry thoroughly.
