The Purito Oat PDRN Gentle Refining Toner is a gentle toner formulated with 80% Oat Seed Water to deliver deep hydration, mild exfoliation and rapid soothing care. Also contains 99% Pure Oat PDRN to clear troubled skin and revive skin glow. The milky yet non-sticky texture provides hydration while helping enhance the absorption of subsequent products. 

Suitable for all skin types, including acne-prone skin.

Directions

For refined skin texture: After cleanser, place a moderate amount of toner on your palm or a cotton pad. Sweep it over the skin and pat lightly.

For a moisture boost: Soak cotton pads with the toner and place them on dry or sensitive areas for 5–10 minutes. It delivers intensive hydration and helps smooth the skin's texture.
