The Parnell Cicamanu Serum Cushion is a serum-infused cushion foundation that gives skin a glowy finish while delivering calming and hydrating benefits to skin. Infused with 37% of Parnell's signature Cicamanu™ Biome ingredient, as well as 374,740 ppm Centella Asiatica Extract, Ceramide and Phytosphingosine to provide deep skin soothing effect. The moisturising formula adheres to skin well and covers up redness without caking, offering a smooth skin finish.
