The MAKE P:REM Safe Me. Relief Essence Toner is a low-pH essence toner that instantly calms and moisturises skin while providing barrier care and restoring skin balance. Containing plant-based ingredients such as dill extract, panthenol, ceramide NP and fructan to deliver soothing, intense moisturising and skin-strengthening benefits, while its watery texture absorbs rapidly into skin. This toner provides significant improvement in moisture levels after just a single use!
Free of synthetic fragrances, the mild toner is suitable for users who are sensitive to scents. Clinically tested for skin irritation.

Directions
Take a moderate amount and gently apply on cleansed skin. To use as toner mask, soak cotton pads with toner and leave on face for 10-15 minutes.
