Directions
After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with toner and gently sweep the cotton pad outward from the center of your face, or put a few drops of toner into your palms and then pat them into your skin. Apply multiple layers of toner for deeper hydration.
TIP: When your skin becomes sensitive due to outdoor activities or environmental changes, soak the cotton pad with toner, and leave it on your skin for 5 to 10 minutes.
