The Goodal Houttuynia Cordata Calming Essence is a moisturising essence formulated with 97.5% Jeju houttuynia cordata extract that effectively soothes sensitive skin and strengthens skin barrier. Houttuynia cordata (also known as heartleaf) is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits, and has long been used in herbal treatments and in K-beauty. It also helps tighten and tone the skin, improve skin texture and soothe any redness while balancing out sebum production to reduce oil.
This daily essence can also be used as a targeted treatment for particularly stressed skin by soaking a cotton pad and leaving it on the area for 10 minutes.
