The D'Alba Piedmont Peptide No-Sebum Balancing Toner is a balancing and anti-ageing toner that's perfect for oily, combination and sensitive skin types. Pearl extract and niacinamide is present to help fight dullness and bring back radiance to the skin, while BHA removes excess sebum and gently exfoliates impurities away. The luxurious Italian White Truffle Extract is also present in this lightweight toner to help moisturise and stimulate cell renewal for firmer, plumper skin.
